Profile

Our Direct Client is looking for the following skills ;
Atleast 10 years experience.
J2EE development experience
Must be good experience OOAD, Struts, Spring,Hibernate,UML and Web Services.
good database/SQL knowledge
good OO design skills (should be able to come up with medium complexity design independently, or high complex designs collaborating with technical architects)
work independently with minimal mentoring/guidance from the technical architects
good communication skills (both written and verbal) – there will be need to communicate with teams in remote locations via email and phone calls
understanding of Agile development process
can provide reasonably estimate for work assigned
leadership experience is a plus
leadership experience is a plus
